		<description><![CDATA[I think if we are to be realistic and try to employ critical thinkimg, given both the models and their points of contradiction, then, definately, there is no way out of mixing the two approaches. But for a very creative manager, the two models can be mixed only to a point where they do not contradict.]]></description>
