		<description><![CDATA[I agree with you... well I&#039;m not sure that Hofstede harboured colonial intentions but there&#039;s much to gain from cultural interchange... don&#039;t societies and organisations, when holding only one dominant view of the world, become sclerotic and unadaptable? I think there&#039;s a lot to learn from each and every culture :D]]></description>
